Will I get taxed?

Our products are mostly not prohibited to be delivered to other countries and very unlikely to incur any taxes or duties. One of the biggest concerns about international shipping resolved. Sit back and relax till your items reach you:)

What If I get taxed?

It's still possible that some wicked customs men try to charge you taxes for your delivery. We endeavor hard to minimize the risk of import tax, but if you ever face one of those men, feel free to let us know! We can't fight them but we can give you a full refund for the tax amount.

All we need is a copy of tax/duty invoice or receipt you receive from the customs.

Note:

  • Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. As the importer of record, you or the party to whom you are shipping may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID. Your ID number should be written in your shipping confirmation email from us. If you can’t find it, please contact us.
  • Countries that require an identification number include: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, Israel, Peru, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.
